I’m 45 married with 4 children and work as an independent mortgage adviser.

I was brought up in a Fundamentalist Christian home but in my early to mid 30s some of the “truths” of Christianity began to mean very little to me and I began to read other authors, such as Brian McLaren, Dominic Crossan, Jack Spong, Marcus Borg etc, which opened up my mind and gave me a very different understanding of the Bible, God and Jesus. This ultimately led me to study for an academic theology degree which was incredibly fulfilling.

I attend a great Church of England in Harrogate and I find being on the committee of PCN Britain a great honour.
