How to order
Click once on an item in the index that interests you. This will display more details about that item. If you decide you wish to purchase, click once on “Add to Basket”. In a similar fashion select any other items you may wish to purchase. A running total of your shopping basket, showing any postage and packing costs will be displayed at the top of the column on the right hand side of the page. When you have completed your shopping click on “Basket & Checkout”. On the basket page you will have the opportunity to alter your order. Once satisfied with your basket, click on “Secure Checkout” at the bottom of the page. Fill out the form to show your billing address and the delivery address for your order.
A new EU directive, Payment Services Directive (PSD2), aims to improve consumer protection making card payments safer and more secure. PSD2 regulation requires Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for most online payments including those made from this, PCN’s own web site. The simplest way to comply with this has been to process all payments through PayPal. You can still pay by Credit or Debit Card or by PayPal Account. The Continue to Payment button, when clicked, will now take you to PayPal’s Login page, but you do not need to open a PayPal account. If you do not have an account and do not wish to open one then from the Paypal login form please click on the large button to “Pay by credit/debit card” and follow the simple instructions.
Items purchased within the UK are sent by second class mail or parcel post depending on weight and size. Please allow 7 days for delivery as the PCN office operates only part-time. Outside the UK we will send items by airmail unless the weight is too great, in which case you will be asked to email the office for a quote. If goods are damaged on receipt or are not what you ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if possible provide us with a daytime phone number. We will replace items as soon as possible.
When your payment is complete you will immediately receive an on-line Order Confirmation. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the link for your download. It is under a section called PRODUCT. This link will remain active for 48 hours. If you do not want to download the product immediately, you can copy the URL (which appears in your browser window) and return to it any time within the 48 hours. If the download is interrupted due to a internet blip then click the download link again. If you have any difficulty finding your download link again then email email@example.com and we will send it to you again. NB If you have booked for an event, we will not normally issue downloadable tickets for you to print out. If you need tickets, they will be sent by email. Otherwise, your name will simply be entered on the event registration sheet and then you need only give your name on arrival.
If you are purchasing from outside Europe you may be asked to send an email to our office so that we can quote you for postage cost. In this case we will not ask for any money until you have agreed with our quote.
