The St Mark’s Centre for Radical Christianity needs a Curator/Researcher
This is a temporary part time contract working to create an online resource for people who share the outlook and values of St Marks CRC.
St Mark’s CRC wishes to develop its online presence by gathering together resources and materials in an on-line library. The topics will cover spirituality, liturgy and theology. Where there is a lack of material in line with CRC thinking, there will be opportunities to commission new material.
Experience in curating/researching is essential. The successful candidate will work from home, with regular reporting to the project management. Laptop provided - ICT literacy required. An understanding of and support for the values, ethos and theological stance of St Mark’s Centre for Radical Christianity is essential.
Funding for the post comes from the Jim Cotter Trust Fund. The contract will run through 2018 and 2019. The pay is £15 an hour up to a maximum of £9,500 over the duration of the contract, averaging 10 hours a week.
If the person appointed as curator/researcher also has the appropriate skills to develop and populate the online library, then a further contract to enable this will be issued at the appropriate time. Otherwise, a different person will be contracted to fulfil this role.
