Rev Dr Alan Race,a Committee Member of the Progressive Christianity Network Britain, will give a lunchtime address “Honest to God: The Makings and Celebrations of a Midwife of Change”. Alan was ordained in the Anglican Church in 1976 and has worked in settings as varied as parish ministry, university chaplaincy, ordination training, and interfaith education. He has pursued an interest in dialogue between faith traditions for most of his ministry and has written and edited a number of books in this area. He is also Editor-in-Chief of the journal Interreligious Insight.
