Two billion people around the world heard him speak about the redemptive power of love. In his new book, The Power of Love, he shares that sermon, together with its introduction and context notes – as well as four more of his favourite sermons on love and social justice. His deceptively simple message is one we all need to hear in these strange times: that love and acceptance are what we need most of all. Rev. Kate Bottley will be your host for the book launch and journalist and writer Cole Moreton will pose the questions. There will be chance to buy the book before and after the event.
