Open Table and St Bride’s, Liverpool’s creative, progressive, inclusive church, invites you to a special evening of food and conversation with Colin Coward MBE at St Bride’s on Saturday 18th April 2015.
Colin Coward is the Director of Changing Attitude, which works for the full inclusion of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people in the life of the Anglican Communion. Colin, who founded Changing Attitude in 1995, is an Anglican priest who originally trained as an architect and subsequently as a psychotherapist. He ministered for 19 years in inner-city parishes. The Queen awarded Colin an MBE for his work for equality for LGBTI people in the Church of England and the Anglican Communion in June 2014.
Come share a meal and conversation as Colin reflects on what has been achieved towards LGBTI equality within our church and what more can be done.
Colin will also preach on Sunday 19th April at St Bride’s 10am service, and at our Open Table service at 6.30pm.
