Brian is a former headmaster of Campbell College, Belfast. He is co-author of several historical source books. Theology has been his lifelong interest.
He joined PCN Britain in 2006, and was for a time a member of its management committee. For some twenty years he was an occasional presenter for the BBC of Thought for the Day, Prayer for the Day, Studio Services, and late night Meditations. Two books of essays, letters, talks and broadcasts, A Faith Unfaithful and Lost Certainties, give some account of how his religious thought continues to develop. He lives in Somerset.
