A Joyful Path - Children's Church Curriculum: Year One
A Joyful Path is a two year long course for 6 to 10 year olds, produced by our sister organisation in the United States, ProgressiveChristianity.org. This item is Year One.
This behaviour-over-belief curriculum connects children with their own inner wisdom. It teaches interdependence, self-awareness, respect for nature, stillness, forgiveness, prayer, meditation, and integrity. Using the Bible and other wisdom stories, A Joyful Path helps children learn how to follow the path of Jesus in today’s world. Year One is all about supporting children to find their own inner wisdom and to connect to the Spirit and God Within All.

The full colour teachers’ handbook with 38 lessons is available as a DVD rom at £105, a downloadable PDF at £90 or as a hard copy book at £105.
The DVD rom contains all the lessons in PDF format along with a teacher training video. You can therefore use the DVD rom to share lessons with other teachers by email or by printing them out.
If you buy the hard copy book you can also add the DVD rom to your package which raises the price to £183. You can further add two music CDs: one, called Ashana, which is for calming, quiet time and the other, Butterflyfish, is fun family music with progressive Christian language. This total package is available at £195.
