Mary says,"I am Irish by birth, and came as a post-graduate to study pastoral theology in Edinburgh where I am currently co-ordinator of the Scottish PCN group, and serve as a lay member of the Episcopal Church here. I recently retired from teaching languages and the pastoral care of physically-challenged secondary students in a school setting. Before that I worked in chaplaincy teams at Aberdeen University and at Duke University in North Carolina, USA. My particular interests are in interfaith dialogue, and in the detection and celebration of signs of the emerging, more open Christian way!”
