I would like PCN-Britain to reclaim tax on all qualifying subscriptions and donations which I have made from 19th January 2004 (the date of PCN’s registration as a charity), and on any further qualifying subscriptions and donations I make, until I notify PCN otherwise. I confirm I am a UK tax payer and that I have paid an amount of UK income tax or capital gains tax equal to any tax reclaimed by PCN.
