Our ‘Journey Group’ has been running about 8 years, kicked off by John Vincent’s challenging “Journey - Explorations Into Discipleship”.  We worked faithfully through this, but I’m afraid we stopped short of his invitation to walk the streets of Sheffield to explore the Ashram Community.

Now affiliated to PCN, we have 18 members (7 are in PCN) and meet at Wesley Chapel, Harrogate on 1st Thursday of the month, 2.30 pm, 2.15 if you want coffee!

After interesting presentations of some members’ personal journeys, we have latterly usefully employed ‘The Thoughtful Guide to Faith’ by Tony Windross, and Adrian Smith’s two books ‘Tomorrow’s Christian’ and ‘Tomorrow’s Faith’, in addition to members’ particular topics from either their reading or their questioning, or both!

Whatever the topic, we seem invariably to indulge in many happy digressions and diversions on the way. We enjoy warm fellowship, perhaps resulting from the feeling of a common quest - though we have not quite yet defined just what that quest is. I keep that as a fall-back topic, though it could be quite a big one…….

Please contact Philip Goodwin for more information.
